Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mytripbookers is a strict policy follower and recommends its customers to get travel insurance before they plan or book their trip, with us or any agency for the matter. Kindly note that the agency shall not be held responsible for any refunds or payments for any illness, emergency cancellation, interruptions, accidents, or whatever the reason may be.

 

Bookings can be made online or in person. We provide the consumer with an e-ticket before processing any payment. We charge a $10 booking fee per passenger. If any changes are made within the next 24 hours. changes allowed without any fee. If there is a fare difference after 24 hours, the customer must pay the difference in fare.

 

Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. Prices are subject to increase without notice.

 

Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer fully evaluate the cancellation policy. All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure shall not be refunded.

 

 

 

Cancellation- if the customer cancels his or her trip within 24 hours of booking. Consumers will receive a full refund within 24 hours, depending on the terms and restrictions of the specific airline or holiday provider, but we will clarify the terms and conditions to the customer before selling anything.

 

 

The Cancellation Fees listed here will apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes". No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after the departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.

 

 

Also, the customer is liable to pay the additional charges as the cancellation fee to the agency for making the cancellations, apart from what the airlines and tour companies deduct from the booked packages. The payment should be done at the time of the cancellation only.

  1. For tours that include airfare, airfare is completely non-refundable.
  2. Hotel extension is non-refundable once it is confirmed.
  3. We do not accept changing tour departure date if departing within 60 days.

Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. The affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances because we will try our best to accommodate our customers' travel needs.

 

Payments

 

It is to be noted that the customer is liable to make full payment while making a booking for flights, and a partial payment can be made, in case of booking a tour package. For such, a promise date and time shall be stated by the customer to the travel agency, to make the remaining payment, before the commencement of the booked services.

The agency shall not be held responsible, in case you fail to make the remaining partial payment, for canceling and withdrawing the bookings.

 

"No Show"

 

"No Show" is when the customer and the travelling partners fail to arrive at the booked destination on the said timings, and before the commencement of the services, without informing the agency or specialists or the representatives.

 

Limitations & Liability

 

The agency shall not be held liable or responsible for any changes or amendments in the prices of the flights or the tour packages. The agency can change the prices stated on the website at any time without any prior notice to the customer.

 

The customer is liable for making payment for the price difference only. There will be no cancellation or any refunds made if the customer fails to join in before the commencement of the services.
