TICKET RESERVATIONS

Reservations are subject to space availability in the appropriate class, at the time of booking.

1. All tickets booked through mytripbookers.ca are Non-refundable.

2. Passenger needs to do check-in within 24 hours of departure time.

3. For bags, pets and Unaccompanied minor passengers will have to pay at the Airport.

4. To make any changes you will have to pay CAD 300.00 for an International flight and CAD 200.00 for a domestic flight as change fees and if there is any fare difference.

5. Passenger needs to update contact phone no., email address, payment method, billing phone number and billing address.

6. We always recommend our customers to buy Trip insurance with flight booking.

7. There could be a difference in the amount charged from your Credit/Debit card if you are using an International Credit/Debit card.

8. Soon after booking tickets passenger needs to provide a Card copy along with the Photo ID of the cardholder because of security purposes. If we don't get these documents within 2 hours of booking time then your booking will get cancelled automatically if you have any questions regarding this then kindly call and check @ 888-348-8355

9. If it is a third party payment then the cardholder will have to send a Card copy, card authorization and Photo ID to info@mytripbookers.ca

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS

Your authorization to use your client's Credit Card number for deposits and/or final payment indicates your acceptance of our booking terms and conditions, whether or not your clients have actually signed the appropriate draft. The credit card used must belong to one of the passengers on the reservation. Third-party Credit Cards will absolutely not be accepted. If the airline does not accept payment by Credit Card and you, the Travel Agent, wish to use our Merchant services a fee of 3.5% will be charged to you for that use.

PRICES

All prices quoted are in C$ Canadian Dollar and are subject to change without notice.

Payment: Before final payment is made you will receive a final invoice duly updated to reflect any currency fluctuations. Prices are not locked in until full payment has been made.
